    This is rare Polish socialist era astronauts badge. The single piece personally decorated and awarded to the Polish cosmonaut had 3 fake diamonds. The 1st Polish cosmonaut was major Miroslaw Hermaszewski and he flew the Soviet Russian USSR Soyuz 30 spaceship.
