    You're bidding on a super rare women's version Japanese Order of the Sacred Treasure 8 silver medal. Please take care in examining the photos for the condition of this medal as it's the exact one you're bidding on.
    This medal was established in January 1888 and was awarded to both military and civilian for long service with good conduct. The Sacred Treasure 8 was one of two classes of this medal (7 & 8) which could be awarded to military enlisted personnel . The back of the medal reads "Order of Merit Decoration".
